“World Famous Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge.”
Summary :
Mom’s was the original name of Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Tootsie Bess bought Mom’s in 1960. She credits a painter with naming Tootsie’s. She came in one day to find that he had painted her place orchid… thus the name Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. Wow!~
Tootsies is world famous for stars hanging out there, and performing there. The stage is rather small, but sound in there is great big! You’ll never know who you’ll run into at Tootsie’s, and they rent out the front booth. (The same one the stars regularly sit at.)
Tootsie’s only rule is that if a start does happen to come in while you and your party are occupying the booth,m they have to sit with you. What a caveat!
